Introduction
 
NH6343 is a saturated polyester resin, mainly used in low curing polyester/HAA (primid) powder coating systems.
Although powder coatings have the four "E" advantages of economy, environmental protection, high efficiency, and superior performance, they also have obvious weaknesses. The general curing temperature of powder coatings is between 180-200°C. High curing temperature leads to increased energy consumption and hinders the coating of some substrates such as plastics and wood that cannot withstand high temperatures, which significantly affects the expansion of powder coatings application fields.
If the curing temperature can be reduced, the energy consumption can be reduced, which is the need for environmental protection, energy saving, and emission reduction; at the same time, it also breaks the limitations of metal substrates and expands the application field of powder coatings. Therefore, the realization of low-temperature curing of powder coatings has become one of the development directions of the powder coatings industry.
